Allbase Live Support Chat Support

As part of our new support system, you can now chat with members of our Allbase technical and sales support team directly through the website. Here's a quick video showing you how it's done.

Our live chat service will be available from 8:30am to 17:30 Monday to Friday. If you message us after hours or their isn't a member of staff available, leave us your email address to get answers sent direct to your inbox or simply just re-visit the site later, when we've had chance to reply. Your original chat message will still be there and you can pick up where you left off.
