The COVID-19 pandemic is impacting everyone from families and businesses to the medical teams working tirelessly on the front lines. As the situation continues to affect our world, we wanted to reach out and update you on how we’re supporting our contractors, customers and partners.

Customer and site visits

All customer and site visits are suspended until further notice. Our support service will be available to answer any questions by phone, email and online chat.

Training courses

All upcoming training courses and events will be cancelled and attendees can be either refunded or booked onto the next available course. An email will be sent in due course to all attendees for our upcoming events with more information.

Sales Orders

Allbase Orders are not being affected by the Coronavirus outbreak, and we are working closely with our customers to ensure stock levels are maintained.

A moment like this is a reminder about how we all need to band together to overcome challenges and complexities. We are indebted to the job our doctors, nurses, researchers and public health experts are doing across the world in the fight to bring this terrible virus to and end.
